CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. ("CorEnergy") was organized as a Maryland
corporation and commenced operations on December 8, 2005. As used in this Annual
Report on Form 10-K ("Report"), the terms "we", "us", "our" and the "Company"
refer to CorEnergy and its subsidiaries.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are a publicly traded REIT focused on energy infrastructure. Our business
strategy is to own and operate critical energy midstream infrastructure
connecting the upstream and downstream sectors within the industry. We currently
generate revenue from the transportation, via pipeline systems, of crude oil and
natural gas for our customers in California and Missouri, respectively.
