HCA Healthcare, Inc. is one of the leading health care services companies in the
United States. At December 31, 2022, we operated 182 hospitals, comprised of 175
general, acute care hospitals; five psychiatric hospitals; and two
rehabilitation hospitals. In addition, we operated 126 freestanding surgery
centers and 21 freestanding endoscopy centers. Our facilities are located in 20
states and England.
