Corporation to generate attractive returns for shareholders and enhance value
through both operational improvements and new initiatives by leveraging their
investing, financial and transactional experience and expertise and track record
of creating significant shareholder value in the industrial and healthcare
sectors. In addition to their own sourcing and evaluation capabilities, our
Co-Founders have established a board of directors for the Company that comprises
of other leading executives in the industrial and healthcare sectors, who will
deepen our expertise and broaden our network of relationships.
We are a blank check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company
on July 29, 2020, for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset
acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with
one or more businesses ("Business Combination").
