principally in the business of operating a system of petroleum product and crude
pipelines, storage tanks, distribution terminals, loading rack facilities and
refinery processing units in Texas, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, Oklahoma, Wyoming,
Kansas, Idaho and Washington. We were formed in Delaware in 2004 and maintain
our principal corporate offices at 2828 N. Harwood, Suite 1300, Dallas, Texas
